I never understood why do you rely solely on GPS (GLONASS or other)? It was obvious it will be jammed. Today, accelerometers are really cheap sensors, every cellphone has one, when you rotate your cellphone picture also rotates, since accelerometers, and also for mobile gaming. Anyways, accelerometers in form of mechanical gyroscopes are still used in ICBMs as INTERTIAL navigation. Cheap accelerometers for INTERTIAL navigation COMBINED with GPS are good solution.. Missile can travel on gyro / inertial on it's own, but will incur some drift. Occasional connection to GPS satellites can update the position already established by inertial accel. gyro . In case of fake signals, missile controller should be programmed to trust more to internal inertial than to outside signal.

Main part of hypersonic speed is it's ability to supress EC. Saturating the frequencies with noise is also a good idea.

Uhm... this is going to be expensive for Russia. Refurbishing a tank ir relatively cheap, because the basic vehicle is built like a tank, solis an durable. A missing screw or a rusty part usually doen't reduce it's combat performance a lot. With combat jets it's quit a different story. The assesment of the plane alone will chew up a good junk of the costs to build a new one, let alone the rebuild to combat effectiveness. Besides, as others mentioned, anyone who can drive a Lada can drive a T72. Try the same approach with a jet and the results will be disappointing.
